Many families are pleasantly surprised to learn they can qualify for our pediatric home care services within just 30 days of applying.
If your child is under 21, on Medicaid, and has a medical necessity (such as cerebral palsy, paraplegia, spina bifida, etc.), they may be eligible for our program!

Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)
The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) provides essential disabled children services for those over the age of 5, including specialized pediatric home care for individuals with conditions like cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and tracheoesophageal fistula, ensuring support until they turn 21 years old. For children under 5, skilled home care nursing is required, and they must be receiving physician-ordered services to qualify for this vital program.
